I guess one of the perks in this stage of life is exploring everything through a toddler’s eyes. Like, for instance, the zoo. It was a warmish fall afternoon and I can’t think of a better way to pass the time. I don’t think I ever realized how tall the giraffes were or how completely huge an elephant is or how enchanting a tiger’s roar can sound. Oh, to be a one-year-old and experience this amazing world all over again…
