Charlotte started dance class a few months ago and has loved it. Her first recital was mid-December and we were so curious to see how she would respond to the stage, the audience, and all the excitement. She got to have her hair done, makeup, a special costume, the whole deal. She’s the youngest one in her class and I thought it would be pretty overwhelming to a 2 1/2-year-old. So here is the video… enjoy. Charlotte decided to break away from the group routine and just stand out front and freestyle until she eventually got pulled off the stage. Charlotte made us laugh so hard we cried. Oh my! We are so proud 🙂

Christmas Card 2014
One of our favorite holiday traditions is the annual Christmas card exchange. We love receiving them and we also love sharing our own with friends and family. Every year we try to come up with a theme that sums up our life over the past 12 months. We’re so grateful to be able to call this year a “building year”. Our family grew by one – thank you, baby Johnny, for making your debut. And, we’re building our future home in Park City. We thought it would be fitting to shoot our Christmas card on site. We got all fancy and braved the mud and cold. It’s always such a fun day to document and share as a family.
Thank you to everyone who includes us in this little tradition. We love seeing your cards and catching up on the latest. We feel so blessed to have such amazing family and friends. It truly is the most wonderful time of the year.
