Boston, Paris, and London

Oh to be Charlotte … and see Boston, Paris, and London for the first time.  It was a fantastic three weeks on the road experiencing these cities through a toddler’s eyes.  We didn’t do museums (attention span is still way too short), but we did soak in the culture as best we could.  Between the 11 hour flight, the timezones, the language, and of course the food, it was an adventure we won’t soon forget.

We were lucky enough to join John on a work trip and experience these places as a family.  We started in Boston and then spent most of our time in Paris with a little jaunt to London.  Charlotte and I had no problem filling our days with carousels and amazing food while dada worked.  By the time we left Paris, Charlotte was able to say a few words in French which makes us think we should try to do this more often.  It’s hard to put it all into words or pictures but we did our best to document the trip.

We might have a future freshman (fingers crossed).

  1. WOW!!! WHAT A BEAUTIFUL JOB OF DOCUMENTING YOUR WONDERFUL TRIP – I SALUTE YOU!!! I can’t imagine going all those places – let alone taking pictures of everything. I am thinking Charlotte will remember most of your trip when you show her the pictures. I am SO proud of you for making sure she was involved and felt loved – SHE WILL NEVER FORGET THAT!!! I didn’t know you went to Boston and London. No wonder you were completely worn out when you got home Kelsi. John you are proving to be a GREAT Father – I knew you would be. I’m anxious to have you tell me about it in person. I need a book that would explain the Eiffel Tower, Versailles and the other famous places. THANK YOU SO MUCH – I LOVE YOU ALL THREE – GRANDMA B
